HLF was able to find and deliver to me a beautiful Hooker entertainment console and hutch that no one else had and even the manufacturer said was no longer available. I saw it in a catalogue in another store but was met with a dead end when I attempted to order it as the piece was no longer in production. Alan was persistent in his determination to fulfill my heart's desire to have this gorgeous piece of furniture . It took more than a week, and I had resigned myself to having to go with a far inferior piece, but Alan came through. He simply would not give up, and he gave me an amazing deal on a very expensive piece of furniture.

We appreciated his knowledge about the stock, fabrics and availability, however he did not hover. The store itself had an enormous selection to choose from. And the quality seemed so much better. We ended up purchasing a set that we were able to customize with our choice of fabric. This was such a plus because we could not find in stock anywhere, the color that we were looking for. The price difference was not all that much, but it is a bonus being able to get exactly what we want.

I have emailed you or called you during each step of the process, often waiting 4 or 5 weeks for a response from you. Each call is recorded and each email has been documented. We are still waiting for the requested repair estimate for the needed repair for the hardware on the china cabinet. Please send it to me at your earliest possible convenience. This piece is beautiful, and very well made. My experience at Home Living Furniture was amazing. This chair is comfortable for my elderly mother, but one of the two motors has given up after 4years.
