Saw the sofa bed, ordered it on Wednesday and it was delivered before 10AM on Friday. It is the second time I have purchased furniture from Home Living in Howell and I couldn't be more pleased. Sam Falcone was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything from the purchasing to the delivery and set up went great. The salesman was very helpful and patient with us while we picked out all of the furniture for our new house. We would definitely go back there in the future.

They had a great variety and carried furniture from a number of reputable companies. The customer service team was great in answering all of my questions I had . They were courteous and respectful and made the process smoother. Couldn't have had a better experience.
I applied this company for their amazing customer service! The missing piece isnt their fault its the manufacturers fault but they immediately found a resolution. Came in for furniture for my family room, met with Barbara who helped with selection.

Though they are pricey, you will love this furniture by Hooker. I receive compliments every time someone new sees it. I was very surprised at the excellent customer service I received not only from Barbara but everyone at the store. The delivery drivers were very professional and careful with our furniture and truly cared where we wanted to place our furniture. The salesperson, Barbara, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She really took her time with me showing me a variety of options.

They did a fantastic job and left our home neat and clean. John followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. He also told us to call anytime if there was an issue. We have no issues and don't anticipate any.

The furniture we chose looks very nice in our family room. The chest arrived on time and the delivery and set up done in a professional manner. I would definitely purchase furniture from Home Living. The delivery of our furniture came off timely and without any problems. Purchased two-tone Vaughn Bassett Bedroom . Wish the bed was not so modernistic so I could also buy. But so extremely delighted with furniture and the fact I can do all transactions by phone and mail.
Lastly, we are very happy with our new furniture. Homeliving has excellent service and pricing on numerous brand name furniture pieces. Barbara Dwyer is an excellent consultant! She is very professional, has excellent taste, and suggestions to solve every furniture need. I purchased a couch and ottoman through Gina.
